AbstractArt pieces looted from Germany and Russia, including parts of Peter the Great's famed Amber Room, are returning home in a historic swap, although hundreds of thousands of other items still await repatriation. The exchange ends half a century of obscurity for the artworks and opens them to public viewing. But they are only a fraction of the vast cultural booty that both Russia and Germany scooped up during and after World War II, and the dispute over so-called 'trophy art' continues...
