Are you planning a research project in Slavistics? The Specialist Information Service for Slavistics (FID Slavistics) supports you with subject-specific services, digital infrastructures and advice – from research and literature acquisition to authority data, networking and the sustainable visibility of your research resources:
- Advice on research, information procurement and digital resources
- Acquisition and indexing of specialist literature and electronic resources
- GND authority data service: Creation and enrichment of GND authority records. This makes persons, organisations, works and other entities relevant to Slavistics permanently identifiable, connects them with other specialist resources and improves their national and international visibility. It also increases the interoperability and reusability of research data and digital research infrastructures.
- Integration and increased visibility of research resources in the Slavistik-Portal
- Advice on open access and support with questions relating to research data
- Information about subject-specific infrastructures and opportunities for cooperation
- Joint development and provision of digital services for research in Slavistics
Together with the specialist community, the FID Slavistics develops digital services and makes them available to researchers through the Slavistik-Portal. It also supports scholars in making their research results and resources sustainably visible and accessible.
